Sector leaders of the work packages of the Coastal Cities at Risk in the Philippines Project meet in Areté Sandbox Zone on March 18 to discuss the timeline and expected outputs and activities for the second year of the project.
Dr. Emma Porio opened the meeting and briefly discuss the expected outputs and the project’s Theory of Change. Dr. Charlotte Kendra Gotangco (Systems Dynamics Group), Dr. Philip Tuaño (Economics Group), and Dr. Nathaniel Libatique (Technology Group) presented their planned timeline for Year 2. Clarifications on project management coordination were also discussed by the sector leaders. Also present in the meeting was Dr. Fabian Dayrit, one of the project advisor of CCAR.
